These terms govern your use of delve-inc.com and any digital products purchased from Delve, Inc. ("Delve," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

Consulting engagements

Applying through this site does not create a client relationship. Consulting, coaching, and training engagements begin only once both parties sign a written agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, and terms for that work and takes precedence over these terms.

Digital products

• When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business.
• You may adapt templates and workbooks for internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly, or present them as your own product.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
